His Excellency Mr. Ihsan Bafaqih
His Excellency Mr. Ihsan has over 25 years of experience in the banking, investment, and real estate sectors, during which he has held several leadership positions.
His Excellency Mr. Ihsan serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Holding Company and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Bilad Capital. He currently serves on several committees, most notably the Investment Committee of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites, a member of the Executive Committee of the Investment Events Fund Board, and a member of the Board of Directors, Investment Committee, and Executive Committee of Kadana Company, a subsidiary of the Royal Commission for the Development of Makkah. He is also a member of several boards of directors and committees in government, private, and non-profit sectors dedicated to promoting and developing the real estate and investment sectors.
His Excellency served as Governor of the General Authority for State Real Estate and was a member of the State Lands Committee and the Jeddah Slums Removal Committee. He was also a member of the Investment Committee of King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, as well as a member of the Central Committee for the Inventory, Measurement, and Evidence of the Assets and Liabilities of Government Entities. His Excellency Mr. Ehsan previously led business sectors at HSBC Saudi Arabia, the National Commercial Bank, and the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones.
His Excellency Mr. Ehsan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Westminster, Salt Lake City, USA.

Abdulaziz Albassam
Abdulaziz is currently the CEO of Aljomaih Holding Co. Prior to that, he was the CEO of AIMS Investment, leading the company's investment activities in addition to the administration of Sheikh Abdullash AlSubeaei's Endowment Investment.
Abdulaziz worked at Arcapita and McKinsey & Co. He then worked with Saudi Aramco in Dhahran, KSA as a Fund Manager. In 2016, Abdulaziz moved to Riyadh to work with the Ministry of Economy & Planning in the Advisory Unit and later worked as investment advisor at Jadwa Advisory. Abdulaziz Co-founded Urbanhail and Oasis Capital in Boston, USA and worked as the Managing Director for Oasis Capital. Abdulaziz was appointed as a member of the investment committee of Aljomaih Foundation until he joined AIMS Holding. He is member of boards and committees at several companies and Endowments like Beech Holding Investments, Pergola Investment, Aljomaih Power & Energy, Naqua and King Abdullah Endowment.
Abdulaziz holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship, minored in Economics from Northeastern University. Abdulaziz is also a CFA charterholder.

Yazeed Khalid Alsalman
Yazeed is a Saudi admitted lawyer, he specializes in capital markets and corporate law advising clients and companies on a wide range of transactions spanning areas like IPOs, M&A’s and banking & finance.
Prior to joining Suiliman Al Rajhi Holding Company Yazeed worked in various roles both in private practice and as an in-house counsel with a number of organizations including Allen & Overy, the Saudi Stock Exchange and The Boeing Company.
Graduated from the college of law at King Saudi University and holds a Master’s degree in corporate finance law from the University of Westminster, the United Kingdom.
Bilal Khalid Abduljawad

Previously Bilal served as the Director of Investments at Kun Investment Holding overlooking financial investments and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to his role at Kun Investment, Bilal held key positions at Sedco Capital and Sanabil Investments.
Bilal holds an M.Sc in Finance from ESADE Business School ,Barcelona, Spain, and Bachelors in Economics from Finance and International Business – Oxford.
He also achieved the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations in 2019.
